No. Immiva’s fee pays for preparing and verifying your forms. The USCIS government filing fee (e.g., $760 for N-400, $750 for I-751) is paid separately, directly to USCIS when you mail your packet. Immiva shows you the exact fee and which payment form to include.
No. Each of the eight applications has its own price. The table and checkout show the price for the application you select.
One payment covers your selected application at the table price, including the forms listed for it. Bundles have their own prices. Separate immigration goals require separate purchases.
If USCIS rejects your application due to a form preparation error on our end, we’ll refund your full Immiva fee. Submit your claim within 60 days of receiving your USCIS rejection notice, and we’ll review within 5 business days. See the full terms at /legal/refund-policy.
